Note- Will be a remote role but will be summoned for office meetings/ get together.

MUST HAVE SKILLS, EDUCATION & BEHAVIORS

• BA/BS degree in Design or related field or relative experience in the field (in-house or agency)
• 5+ years of design and/or formal design training with exceptional conceptual and design skills.
• On-going experience as a creative “working” mentor – you are viewed as a “go-to” person on the team.
• Strong typographical and technical design skills are required.
• Expert use of design applications: Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design etc.,
• Proficient reading comprehension ability to understand customer needs in English along with Excellent
communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Strong Illustration skills or the keen ability to direct Illustrators is required.
• An in-depth portfolio focused on developing corporate identity and corporate collateral from the ground up
is essential.
• Exhibits creative skills as required to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Strong ethical behavior combined with unmatched passion, commitment, and drive for quality excellence.
• Understands final art preparation standards and processes (including knowledge in the difference between
file formats)
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to operate with keen sense of customer focus while multi-tasking.
• The ability to learn innovative technology quickly and to use multiple systems & tools.
• Initiative-taking to act independently and to acquire additional knowledge or skill sets that will aid in the
role.
• Adaptability to ongoing improvements and changes, rejects cynicism.
• Receptive to receiving and sharing feedback, has self-awareness.
• Able to work effectively across diverse cultures.
• Analytical Skills / Logical Thinking: Must be able to look at their work / project from customers point of view
and examine how the design / designs output will be perceived by our customers to ensure they convey the
desired message (Meaningful & relevant)
• Artistic ability: Must be able to build designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to our customers.
Produce rough illustrations/mockups of design ideas, either by using a design software or computer
program (Ex: Mood Board)
• Creativity: Must be able to think of original approaches & develop unique designs that convey a
recognizable meaning
