The following terms and conditions are in addition to the general Terms of service listed on
our website here.
- These additional terms and conditions relate to the product “ Mini Concerts”
By accepting the terms & conditions you acknowledge that Atypical Advantage reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time.
Booking fee – Booking fee of Rs 99/- is a non-refundable amount except where the booking is made though corporate coupons.
Concert Fee – Starting price to book a Mini concert is Rs 2999/- (including Rs 99/- booking fee) inclusive of applicable GST . Extra charges would be applicable for a Mini Concert scheduled after 9pm.
Minimum booking slot- Minimum slot for which the booking can be made is 15 minutes. For a longer slot, the request can be mentioned in the special request field in
the Mini Concert booking form or it can be mentioned in the Contact Us form or it can be mentioned via email to info@atypicaladvanatge.in.
Available slot timings – The available slot timings to book a concert are 10am to 12pm, 12pm -2pm , 2pm -4pm, 4pm to 6pm, 6pm to 8pm. 8pm to10pm, 10pm to 12am.
Bookings can be made minimum 2 days & maximum of 60 days in advance.
Cancellation & refund - No refund shall be allowed for the booking fee of Rs 99, once the booking confirmation has been sent. No refund shall be allowed for the total amount of Rs 2900 (Rs 2999 minus booking fee of Rs 99) after finalization of the time slot. Customers can however opt for rescheduling. However, if the booking is cancelled by Atypical Advantage due to any untoward situation - either an option to reschedule or refund shall be provided to the customer.
Rescheduling- The option to reschedule the concert is only available if the concert link is not shared yet. The option to reschedule shall not be available more than twice.
Special request/ Preferences- Best efforts shall be made to accommodate any special request w.r.t booking slot, date, time, language preference etc. However, nothing of the sort is guaranteed/promised by Atypical Advantage.
Discount coupon- Customers with discount coupons can redeem the same at checkout. The coupon once applied cannot be reused. In case the booking was cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances after redeeming the coupon, kindly leave a revalidation request at info@atypicaladvantage.in and the team shall after, internal
verification, reissue the coupon at it’s discretion.
Number of guests - The Concert link can be used by a maximum of 100 unique users to login and enjoy the performances with their friends and family.
