Our Board of Directors is committed to ensuring that these principles are embedded across all our operations. We maintain robust processes to monitor compliance at every level of the organization and regularly review our practices to ensure continuous improvement.

We encourage all employees, volunteers, and partners to uphold these standards and to promptly report any concerns or breaches of our Code. We have put in place secure, confidential channels for reporting, and assure all our team members that they can speak up without any fear of retaliation or disadvantage.

Every report is treated seriously and investigated with sensitivity, impartiality, and diligence. Where necessary, corrective action is taken to address issues and strengthen our policies. This transparent and responsive approach safeguards our people and aligns with our commitment to fostering a trustworthy, ethical, and inclusive environment for all.

Persons with Disabilities (PwDs)

  • Our core value lies in enabling sustainable livelihood opportunities for skilled Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
  • We are committed to fostering a workplace and platform that respects the dignity and human rights of PwDs, ensuring equal opportunity and fair treatment without discrimination on the basis of disability, caste, creed, gender, location, or any other characteristic.
  • We will ensure adequate vigilance and uphold the highest standards of integrity while conducting all business dealings involving PwDs, maintaining transparency and fairness at every step.
  • We will sensitize our employees, volunteers, and business partners through training and awareness initiatives before they engage with PwDs, to build an inclusive and respectful environment.
  • We are committed to providing adequate opportunities to every PwD registered on our platform as a "Talent," facilitating their growth and showcasing their abilities without bias.
  • We will not engage in or support any form of forced, compulsory, trafficked or child labour, in alignment with international human rights standards.
  • We will ensure safe, healthy, and discrimination-free working conditions, and extend mechanisms similar to those under POSH to address any harassment concerns involving PwDs.
  • We are dedicated to maintaining transparent, fair, and confidential procedures for PwDs to raise concerns or grievances, protecting their privacy and ensuring there is no retaliation.

Obeying Governing Laws

We are committed to meeting or exceeding all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements in every jurisdiction where we operate. In addition, we adhere to our internal policies and ethical standards that often go beyond legal requirements.

The Company expects every employee to understand and comply with the laws and policies relevant to their roles and to conduct all business activities with uncompromising honesty and integrity.

Employees are personally responsible for ensuring their conduct meets these standards and must seek guidance whenever they are unsure about the legal or ethical implications of any action.

There is zero tolerance for any violation of laws or internal policies, and all employees are expected to report suspected breaches promptly through the appropriate channels.

Confidentiality of Information

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all personal, professional, and business information entrusted to us by our employees, business partners, and PwDs.
This obligation covers all forms of confidential information — whether written, electronic, or spoken — and includes personal data, business strategies, financial records, and proprietary processes.
Confidential information will only be disclosed when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or with the explicit consent of the individual or entity concerned.
This duty of confidentiality continues even after the end of employment or association with the Company.
We are further committed to handling all personal data in compliance with applicable data privacy laws and ensuring such information is used strictly for legitimate business purposes.

Financial Reporting and Accounting

  • We are committed to ensuring that all official records relating to the conduct of the Company’s business are accurate, honest, complete, and prepared in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • All accounting records and supporting documents must accurately and timely describe the nature of the underlying transactions without any distortion or misstatement.
  • The Company strictly prohibits concealing or misrepresenting payments by passing them through the books or accounts of third parties, such as agents or consultants.
  • No employee shall make, authorize, or condone any false or misleading entries in the Company’s books or records, or engage in any arrangement that could result in such entries.
  • Employees are expected to fully cooperate with internal and external auditors and with any lawful investigation by regulatory authorities.

Conflict of Interest

Our Company policy regarding possible conflict of interest is based on the principle that an employee’s decisions in the business must be made solely in the best interest of Atypical Advantage. In reaching these decisions, an employee should not be influenced by personal or family considerations which might consciously (or unconsciously) affect his or her judgement as to what is in the best interest of Atypical Advantage.

Business Integrity

We did not give or receive, whether directly or indirectly, bribes or other improper advantages for business or financial gain. No employee may offer, give, or receive any gift or payment which is, or may be construed as being, a bribe. Any demand for, or offer of, a bribe must be rejected immediately and reported to management.

Political Contributions and Related Policies

  • Our Company’s policy is that the funds or resources may not be used to make a political contribution to any political candidate or political party anywhere in the world.
  • Exceptions to the Company’s basic policy are allowed only where such contributions are permitted by law and express permission has been given in advance by the board.
