At Atypical Academy we provide training sessions for people with disabilities so that they can upskill without any hindrances and stand an equitable chance at landing their dream job. We offer Full- time Training in various categories including AWS, Soft Skills, communication, English Grammar, interview preparation, among others. The objective is to equip people with disabilities to compose themselves well during interviews and make a great first impression. The courses are made with accessibility in mind so we strive to make them available to everyone regardless of their disability.

On the other hand, for people already in the workforce, we offer shorter duration workshops that target fields like Web development, MS excel and others so that people with disabilities can add on to their skills and build a strong work profile. Such skills can also help them get promoted with ease. More Workshop topics include ChatGPT, Cloud skills, Data Science, Project Management, Linkedin, Social Media Marketing, etc.

We run 2 models: “Train and Hire” and “Hire and Train” to help corporate organizations achieve inclusion by hiring skilled PWDs. The programs also are used to upskill existing employees per the industry demand.

We have another offering - Mock interview Program. Once a candidate’s application is selected and they are selected for a personal interview, it can often be daunting for them to prepare for the same.
