Senior -Strategy and operation (Reporting )

Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Senior in the KRC Audit- Holland team for
Strategy and Operations team majorly responsible for planning and
reporting agenda along with daily operation tasks. We are looking for
a responsible professional to perform following tasks: Working
closely with the Audit Team and onshore team

Prepare management information reports as per the
requirement to provide appropriate information in well
summarized and presentable manner including
commentaries.

Identify the scope of macros in the process/ reporting to
enable one click function to reduce manual administration
wherever possible.

Prepare and implement macros for all such possible
junctures in the process.

Handling input list and response database queries and
liaise with business

Create monthly dashboard with various quality metrics.

Cater to any ad-hoc customer satisfaction reports and data
requirements.

Supporting by consistently meeting quality guidelines within
the established turnaround times and ad-hoc requests.

Periodic review of the knowledge base and updating
process documents

Leading scope of automation through macros and VBA
towards KRC wide strategic projects.
