Job Title: Tele Caller Outbound Sales
 

Experience – Freshers / 6 Month – 3 Year in Motor Insurance /Health Insurance / Digital Sales Insurance. Tele-Sales in BPO industry preferred

Responsibilities

Should be good in analyzing customer’s need of insurance and assisting him buying the best plan (On Call)
High Level of Target Orientation of accomplishing weekly / Monthly target independently
Should be open to work six days in a week and weekly off would be on roster basis
Should be prepared and Insightful
Ensuring No miss-selling / Unethical practices in the processes
Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes
Requirements

At least 6 Month experience in Insurance sales / Health Insurance Mandatory
Should be proficient & spontaneous in Hindi / English
Only Graduates
Should be passionate for growth and Incentive
Should not be more than 30 years of age
Should be vaccinated ( Covid )
Should be open to work from office
CTC - 18K to 25K per month + incentives
