Vinod is a highly skilled dancer and motivational speaker. He has a 60% locomotor disability. He has unwavering confidence and a positive outlook on life. Vinod gained recognition for his exceptional dancing skills, including rock performances, on India's Got Talent Season 2 in 2010, where he was one of the finalists.
He also emerged as the runner-up of Nach Baliye Season 6, which aired on StarPlus in 2014. Vinod is also a bodybuilder and health enthusiast. Currently, he earns a living by performing in dance shows and uses his Facebook and Instagram pages to help others.
