Café Arpan serves a simple but specially-designed menu with many healthy and vegetarian food options. The décor is warm yet quirky and has spartan interiors, focusing on the primary initiative of offering comfort food in a loving environment. The restaurant was set up by YCT, a non-governmental organization that intends to improve the quality of life of people with developmental and intellectual disabilities by giving them employment opportunities. About 17 individuals with autism and other developmental disorders are employed in the café.
