Accounting and Financial Management Specialist

Job Title: Accounting and Financial Management Specialist
Location: Gurugram 
Department: NBS  Gurugram 
Reports To: Supervisor 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Factory Spend Accounting
o Ensure correct GL coding, location, and department in SES and PR reviews.
o Manage lease accounting inputs and address high-value PRs to prevent rework.

2. Rectification & Reconciliation
o Review expenses post-SES, perform Journal Voucher corrections, and prepare monthly summaries.
3. Accruals & Provisioning
o Process monthly provisions (wages, travel, QA sampling, etc.) and validate ICO forms.
4. Debit/Credit Note Pre-validation
o Review and send Debit/Credit notes for SSC processing.
5. TDS Provisioning
o Manage TDS provisioning and ensure reconciliation.
6. Government Reporting
o Submit monthly DPIIT updates, quarterly production reports, and ASI returns.
7. Insurance & Gratuity
o Provide BMC details for insurance renewals and send gratuity inputs to HQ.
8. Cost Allocation
o Oversee invoicing for NQAC and allocate expenses to locations in SAP.

9. Affiliate Recoveries
o Raise ICO forms and follow up on pending payments from affiliates.
10. Actuals Analysis & Reporting
 Perform NQAC spend analysis and manage true-up adjustments.
11. Milk Tanker Freight Payments
 Handle freight payment generation in line with payroll.
