The Position:
The Admin Coordinator is integral and responsible for the smooth and effective running of the
office and Leader apartment. This position also provides administrative support to each of the
departments, particularly HR and Operations, and to members of the Management Group.
Specific tasks may be required to be completed on a routine or ad hoc basis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experienced and efficient in office administration (1+ years)
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in organizing events.
Experience in analysis and creating reports.
Ability to retain confidentiality.
Able to prioritize and manage own workload.
Excellent communication skills especially in English (written and verbal)
Knowledge of designing applications like Canva, photoshop is an added advantage.
