Analyst

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Audit Team and onshore Planning team to align client requests.
• Working on global planning related systems like Retain and Web Planning.
• Catering requests received on various internal planning related tools like adhoc & ePlanning.
• Acknowledge the requests received on various functional mailboxes for making planning adjustments for various resources and multiple clients.
• Make sure all information required prior to starting work is available and raise queries to people concerned accordingly.
• Accountable for producing and delivering high quality work within specified timeframe and per instructions received from onshore/client.
• Preparation of various daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to be shared with various stakeholders.
• Deliver resource planner role at KGS and conduct planning related calls with concerned group and assist them in their planning related queries.
• Keep resource data up to date in reports and in planning system.
• Conduct open communication (both written and verbal) with all stakeholders (both at KGS & NL).         

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Only BCOM, Post Graduates not eligible)
• Knowledge of Intermediate level of Excel

Work experience: 0 – up to 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (if yes, preferably with a Big 4). Those with more than 1 year of experience will NOT be considered.
