Audit

Position title - Auditor
Experience - Post CA: 1+ exp required
Salary - 14 - 19 LPA
Duties - Completes audit work using standard work paper templates under the direction of the Audit Supervisor, following the Audit Delivery Process (ADP). 
Conducts the Audit:
•       Conducts interviews independently, completes work papers by due date, and follows-up on review comments in a timely manner to meet overall audit timelines, often               for multiple workpapers/audits at one time.
•       Makes assessment of control quality and effectiveness.  Overcomes most challenges to complete the workpaper. Performs testing, which may lead to the issuance of                  findings which will need to be scored.
•       Understands risk associated with the control being audited and works with the unit on aligned understanding of the risk and controls in place to mitigate the risk. 
•       Helps audit colleagues, as needed, and builds positive working relationship with colleagues and unit personnel.
•       Utilizes various forms of communication in a clear and concise manner, adjusts communication to audience, and provides communications at the appropriate time.
Lead the Audit Function
•       Actively identify and participate in Equipment Operations Internal Audit initiatives to improve and advance the audit function.
•       Exhibit the five core values (integrity, quality, humanity, commitment, and innovation) in your daily actions.  As a member of Internal Audit & the Accounting and Finance            function, be a role model and advocate for Integrity; hold yourself to the highest standard. 
 
Required Skills/Experience - Good English communication, Knowledge of Accounting and Auditing standards, SOX requirement. Understanding of India regulatory requirements 
 Desired Skills/Experience – CA with audit experience + industry experience
 Education Details – CA, CWA
