About the Role
P2P Connect is a B2B channel partner matchmaking platform connecting technology vendors and OEMs with channel partners — VARs, SIs, and MSPs — across India and the Middle East. We work directly with SaaS and tech companies to build, activate, and scale their indirect go-to-market.
As a Partner Business Executive, you'll be embedded in client mandates — working with real SaaS companies on live channel-building engagements. You'll own partner identification, recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and sales outcomes. No hand-holding. Real ownership from Day 1.
What You'll Do
- Identify: Research and map channel partner landscapes for SaaS clients. Build curated shortlists using market intelligence, databases, and your network.
- Recruit: Reach out, pitch, and onboard channel partners. You'll be the first point of contact — making the case for why the partnership matters.
- Enable: Equip partners with the tools, content, and knowledge to represent and sell effectively. Build enablement kits, run briefings, and drive readiness.
- Activate & Manage: Track partner pipeline, co-sell, and hold partners accountable to revenue outcomes. Convert relationships into results.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end partner lifecycle for assigned client mandates — from prospecting to activation
- Run outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to identify and engage potential channel partners
- Prepare pitch decks, partner briefs, and enablement collateral using PowerPoint and AI tools
- Maintain and update CRM / pipeline trackers; report progress against activation targets weekly
- Coordinate with SaaS clients on partner feedback, onboarding status, and joint sales activity
- Attend partner calls and meetings as P2P Connect's representative; drive follow-through
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and prospect qualification
- Contribute to internal playbooks and channel partner frameworks as the practice evolves
