Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care executive                                                 

Job Location: Noida – Uttar Pradesh

Shift Time: Mon to Sat | 0900 – 1800 hrs.

 

Main Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a qualified Customer Care Executive who can handle Signify’ s customer queries & complaints related to pre & post sales, with excellent communication skills and with positive mindset. Customer care executive is a primary point of contact for the customer, and it is required to have an excellent command of the languages we are serving, superior oral skills, a pleasant phone presence, customer service skills, basic computer skills, as well as interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description Summary

  • Answer calls, chats & Emails with an approach to deliver positive customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer operating skills required (MS- Office Applications)
  • Appropriate Typing speed to be able to efficiently manage documentation during/post interaction.
  • Focus on First Call resolution and maintain defined quality on calls.
  • Understands and contributes positively to meet the SLAs & targets.
  • Ensures Customer Satisfaction, Service Level%, Average Handle Time, Session Time, Wait Time, First Call Resolution, Abandon Rate, call back timeliness etc. to meet consistently.
  • Take complete ownership of self-learning & development.
  • Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. 
  • Process: Voice, Chat, Email

Skill Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities. 
  • A customer-oriented individual. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.
