Job Description
Job Purpose
Ensure smooth operation of end-to-end HR processes (including recruitment, training, payroll and time office, welfare, records, contract labor management) and compliance to statutory requirements
Business Responsibility Areas
- Payroll and Time Office
Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register
Prepare Payroll related reports
- Employee Life Cycle Activities
Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationships, separation and preparation of relieving letter
- Recruitment
Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews
Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants
Handle Walk-in interviews
Prepare offer letter and co-ordinate for Medical Test of selected candidate
- Training Administration
Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records
Process payments for external trainers
- Statutory Compliances
File monthly statutory returns
Maintain various statutory registers and records as required by Law
Manage Contract Labor in coordination with external contractors
- Personnel Administration
Procure and distribute welfare items
Maintain various Quality records as per Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems
Generate various monthly MIS reports
- Contract Labour
Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register
