Production Output

• • Conducting meets with sales heads and
getting estimates of monthly requirements from
plant and planning capacity to meet the targets
• • Ensuring production planner generates
plan as per sales requirements and shares the
same with production team for planning daily
production
• • Ensuring Production Supervisor shares
production schedule with section heads to
achieve daily output
• • Driving lean initiatives in plant
operations and improving productivity
• • Coordination with sales team to
understand priority requirements and thereby
aligning production team to achieve same

Dispatch Planning

• • Ensuring dispatch planner plans
dispatches and shares schedules of vehicle
requirements to transporters

• • Conducting meets with sales team and
ensuring timely collection of payments to ensure
material dispatch happens smoothly

• • Ensuring material produced in month is
dispatched physically by means of close
coordination with sales and transporters to
achieve monthly sales targets

Purchase Planning

• • Sharing inputs on open retail orders
with Purchaser and getting orders generated
and shared with suppliers on time
• • Timely generation of pick lists and
ensuring material is made available for
production as per schedule
• • Sharing forecasts with suppliers and
ensuring capacities are in place as per
requirements

Complaints Handling

• • Generating forums for discussing
market complaints with installation and sales
teams
• • Taking corrective actions to resolve
the complaints and implementing preventive
actions to avoid repetition of same
• • Working closely with transporters to
avoid in-transit damages by taking requisite
damage control actions

People

• • Handling a team of Production
Supervisors, Planning and Purchase Officers
• • Designing training sessions for team to
build capability

Co-ordination

• • Co-ordination across multiple teams to
meet customer requirements on time

Team Handling

• • Handling and managing a team of
people working in plant and collectively working
towards the target

Essentials:

1. Diploma with 4 years’ experience/ BE with 2 years’ experience (Mandatory) OR
2. B.Com
3. Minimum 50% marks throughout the education with first attempt
