Executive Trainee-Blending

ROLE PROFILE

1. Project Management

Assist in
 Preparation of Weekly Project dashboard in co-ordination with all functions and ensure timeliness of each activity.
 Preparation of Project Reports for each individual project

2. Blend Operations

Assistance in Blend operations:
 Annual planning exercise,
 Quarterly Bill of Materials,
 Non-moving grades Utilisation

3. PD-Sample Management

Management of all PD-Samples, retrieval and tracking in liaison with all stakeholders

4. Product Quality Monitoring

Analysis of all straight grades, brand summary, monthly sample data, individual project Lab Reports, WMS Reports

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to learn about the tobacco crop from Crop to Processing should be there. Basic understanding of agro concepts, followed by decent skills in data interpretation and strong basic scientific knowledge would be required.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
MSc (Agriculture) – From reputed ICAR accredited institutions Specialization in either of the following areas with sound knowledge of basic sciences:
 Genetics & Plant breeding
 Soil Science
 Agronomy

WORK EXPERIENCE
Fresher or maximum 1 year of work experience
Preference
Willingness to move across India for official stints
Internship/Training in the field of Tobacco will be highly preferred.
Understanding of basic scientific knowledge along with data interpretation is preferred.
Sound Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
