Job Description

Qualification- Bcom/ Mcom/ MBA Finance (relevant experience preferred)
 Will be responsible for customer & vendor code creation activity, SLAs, NDC, GL Reconciliation,
F&F, etc.
 Will be responsible for Inventory management, physical stock verification of multiple warehouse
locations.
 Responsible for handling accounts payable & part of employees & vendors, also receivable part
of modern trades.
 Will be responsible for Channal finance, retail finance to improve customers/distributors ROI.
 Required deep understanding of Commercial activities, ability to visualize activity in market,
Customer oriented mind-set
 Responsible for alignment of monthly, cyclic, sales cut off & surprise audits & also Tacking in-
transit stock & assets.
 Well versed in handling the part of GST return, GSTR-01 & 2B reconciliation etc.
 Responsible for insurance cases from initiation to settlement process.
 Liasoning with Senior Managers of SBUs, Cross-functional heads, marketing branches, and third-
party vendors on daily basis to expedite the credits to customers.
 Managing vendors & customers payable management
 Responsible for primary & secondary trade schemes, pre & post facto discounts of modern
trade, GT & Institutional business.
 Responsible for credit limits, Claim settlements budget utilization, price variance analysis etc
 Managing month end closing activities, reporting flash & provision preparation of audit
schedules etc
 Responsible for variance analysis Trend analysis, audit schedules preparation & Capex
management.
 Responsible for statutory and internal auditors to close audit requirements under assign
timeline.
 Should be versed in SAP FI & MS Excel, power points etc.
 Implement controls and processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance, identify & resolve
discrepancies of data.
 Good oral & written communication skills, interpersonal skills and multi-task ability to build
effective relationships
 Review the part of withholding tax payments, filing of quarterly TDS & TCS returns, the recon of
LDCs, and the issue of quarterly TDS & TCS certificates to respective vendors under assigned
timeline.
