Graduate Executive Trainee

Eligibility - 

Graduates of any stream who have graduated in the years 2022, 2023, and 2024 are eligible to apply. 

About the Role - 
You will be a part of our Graduate Executive Program which is a 12-month journey wherein you will
undergo trainings on various skills and brief stints of 3 months (projects which would have clear
deliverables defined from the start) in the designated functions. There will be a robust review
mechanism during training and stint to evaluate the understanding and contribution of the member.
At the end of the 12- month journey cumulative performance in the stints will be evaluated and the
candidate will be given a full-time offer. Permanent roles will be allocated basis member
performance and role availability.

learning agility, taking ownership of the assigned task, positive attitude
