Job Description:
As an Growth Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Growth of our customer
base. You will be responsible for tracking new and repeat customer metrics, identifying
trends to boost repeat, and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement growth
levers. Additionally, you will be instrumental in optimizing our post-order processes and
improving overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategies to acquire new users/customers through various
channels including digital marketing, partnerships, events, etc
● Monitor key performance metrics related to user/customer acquisition and
retention leading to revenue growth. Prepare regular reports and insights for
management review
● Implement initiatives to improve engagement and conversion of new users, such
as personalized communication, loyalty programs, and product optimizations
● Collaborate with stakeholders to implement offers for different cohorts of
customers and monitor goodness of different constructs
● ontinuously test and iterate on growth strategies to improve effectiveness and
ROI. Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce offers for user
acquisition and loyalty programs
Qualifications:
● A graduate degree in a relevant field with expertise in Excel and experience
working with large data sets
● Understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and growth hacking
techniques
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing
priorities.
