Job Description

LOCATION : MUMBAI
SALARY: Upto 4LPA

Job Purpose :
The role requires a professional with understanding of mutual funds and a passion for driving
excellence in customer delight. The incumbent will play an important role in our mutual fund
support team and ensure efficiency and exceptional client service on the IVR or through our
internal systems.

Key Deliverables :
1. The MF Helpdesk agent would be responding to members seeking assistance over
the phone or email
2. Giving the best resolution based on the issue and details provided by member
3. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
4. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
5. Follow-up and update member status and information
6. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by members to the appropriate internal team
7. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Role Requirements :
1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Or Post Graduate in Finance or a related
field. 2. Experience: 1+ years of Experience in Mutual Funds or working experience in other
customer support role
3. Knowledge of financial markets and Mutual funds
4. Proficiency in English
5. Excellent communication skills, Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
