Job Description
Job Location: DAKC, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders in driving people initiatives, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Unit Lead HR Business Partner in managing end-to-end employee life cycle activities, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and alignment with business and organizational priorities.
- Support in recruitment, workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives to achieve business and people objectives.
- Manage employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Analyse HR data and people metrics to generate actionable insights, develop dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in analysing attrition trends and employee feedback to identify retention opportunities and support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Support employee communication initiatives to enhance employee awareness, engagement, and overall employee experience.
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- Post Graduate Diploma in HR / Personnel Management can also be considered.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of HR Generalist / HRBP experience.
- Exposure to employee relations, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR operations will be preferred.
