Location: Head Office, Mumbai. (5 days a week)

 NOTE- Any Mild Disability would work except speech and hearing disability as the candidates are required to deal with multiple stakeholders, Only requirement is that-  the candidates should be from Mumbai and should be excellent in communication.

Brand:

SEO Optimization on the Website

• Tenure: Up to 4 Months
• Qualification: MBA preferred (not mandatory)
• Importance: Improves website performance, increases Google SERP rankings, boosts organic traffic, and enhances brand awareness.
• Scope: Develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, review and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Deliverables: Measurable impact on organic growth, with a clear plan for short-term and long-term objectives.

UX Writer

• Tenure: Up to 4 Months
• Qualification: Preferably someone from content creation and user-centered design field.
• Scope: Develop user-centered design-aligned copy, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Deliverables: Clear, compelling UX copy aligned with the brand’s tone.

Finance:

Legal Covenant Tracker (For Compliance Vertical)

• Tenure: Up to 4 Months
• Qualification: Preferably a lawyer or someone with an interest in law.
• Importance: Tracks legal responsibilities comprehensively.
• Scope: Creation of a legal covenant tracker.
• Deliverables: Updated repository and legal covenant tracker file.

Legal:

LegalTech Revolution

• Tenure: 9 Months
• Qualification: Preferably a lawyer or someone with an interest in law.
• Importance: Enhances legal process efficiency, cost reduction, and accessibility through technology.
• Scope: Evaluate current processes, develop strategies for integrating new digital systems, and create training modules.
• Deliverables: Digital report management system, training materials, vendor performance system, and a legal chatbot.

Tech:

Chatbot and Framework Development

• Tenure: Up to 6 Months
• Qualification: B.E. in Computer Engineering.
• Importance: Develops a chatbot for production support use cases.
• Scope: Explore and implement chatbot frameworks and tools.
• Deliverables: A working chatbot and its underlying framework.

Automated Code Review Assistant

• Tenure: 3 Months
• Qualification: Engineering / MBA.
• Importance: Ensures clean, efficient, and maintainable codebase.
• Scope: Set up a system for automated code reviews to check for compliance with coding guidelines.
• Deliverables: Research, selection, and setup of a code review tool with custom rules.

Analytics:

Drag Drop ML

• Tenure: 2 Months
• Qualification: Engineering / Stats & Economics.
• Importance: ML models support decision-making frameworks essential for lending, cross-selling, and up-selling decisions.
• Scope: Implement a low-code/no-code visual model development environment that includes all steps in ML model development.
• Deliverables: Research and setup of an ML development platform, evaluation of tool capabilities, and setup of basic modeling pipelines.

Automated Code Review Assistant:

• Tenure: 3 Months
• Qualification: Engineering / MBA.
• Importance: Helps maintain a clean, efficient, and maintainable codebase, which is critical for the long-term success of analytics projects.
• Scope: Set up a system for automated code reviews that checks for compliance with predefined coding guidelines.
• Deliverables: Research, selection, and setup of a code review tool, along with custom rules based on coding standards.

Analytics & BI Codebase Management using Bitbucket

• Tenure: 3 Months
• Qualification: Engineering / MBA.
• Importance: Efficient codebase management is essential for productivity and collaboration. Bitbucket helps keep code organized and track changes.
• Scope: Set up Bitbucket to manage the analytics code, create repositories, define branching strategies, and set permissions.
• Deliverables: Bitbucket instance setup, project repositories, and defined code management strategies.

Automated Task Management and Queuing System for Analytics and BI Team

• Tenure: 3 Months
• Qualification: Engineering / MBA.
• Importance: Enhances productivity by streamlining workflows and task management.
• Scope: Implement and configure automated task management systems.
• Deliverables: Configuration of Microsoft Planner, setup of Microsoft Lists for task tracking.

Game Theory-Based Negotiation System for Sales and Customer Retention

• Tenure: 6 Months
• Qualification: Engineering / MBA.
• Importance: Assists sales and operations teams in negotiations.
• Scope: Develop a system for game theory-based negotiations.
• Deliverables: Literature analysis and interaction feedback for system creation.

Campus Process and Data Management

• Tenure: 6 Months
• Qualification: Graduate/MBA.

DEI Intern

• Tenure: Up to 4 Months
• Qualification: Graduate.
• Importance: Fosters an inclusive workplace by establishing ERGs for employees with disabilities.
• Scope: Research successful ERGs, analyze pilot programs, and outline ERG structure.
• Deliverables: Case studies, communication strategy for ERG promotion.

Business:

1. Nirmaan
   • Tenure: 6 Months
   • Qualification: Graduate.
   • Importance: Enhances messaging, communication, and outreach to MSMEs about Nirmaan partner offerings, which is key to business growth.
   • Scope: Create detailed insights on Nirmaan partners, conduct proposition refinement, and develop communication strategies.
   • Deliverables: Partner-wise reports on proposition and competition benchmarking, and research reports on potential partnerships.
