Job Title: IT Lead

Your Roles & Responsibilities
 Design, Implement, maintain IT hardware infrastructure at factory location as per IT policy
which involves – User Workstations-Desktop, Laptop, TABs, LAN, Internet gateways through
ISPs, Managed and unmanaged switches, SDWAN etc.
 Ensure maximum uptime of local IT infrastructure and do this by co-ordinating with local IT
support team, Central Infra team for new projects, resolution of issues in existing
infrastructure.
 Governance of IT process as listed below.
o Budgeting, Planning and Procurement of new devices by co-ordination with central IT team.
o Implementation and monitoring of IT policy in use of infrastructure, IT Asset inventory
management.
o Adherence in Security of Information and IT infrastructure.
o Managing IT support – New requests, Issues and training through IT service teams.
 Provide process related support on all SAP modules – PP, PM, MM, FICO to Factory users.
 Regular Interaction with key stakeholders of the factory locations to ensure seamless
business execution and drive enhanced value from ERP and other IT solutions by following
the standard processes. Support for implementations of enhancements, change requests
from business to suit the changing business scenarios.
 Follow up with different IT partners involved in support and project execution on SLA and
deliverables to derive maximum value for the business. Follow the escalation process for
timely closure of critical requirements and issues.
 Support projects in all functions of factory setup involving IT support. Drive implementation
and adoption of new IT systems among factory users.
 Reporting to local matrix manager for administrative tasks and central COEs for functional
and technical assignments.
 Managing multiple factory locations located within cluster at different geography. This
involves regular (Monthly/ Quarterly) visits to all locations apart from remote co-ordination
on daily basis remotely.
 Perform internal reviews with all the stakeholders (Business IT/Vendors/Partner resources)
 Act as a coordinator between Site IT SPOCs and corporate IT team
 Ensure issues related to factory are resolved in timely manner by coordinating with support
team and vendors.
 Escalate tickets overdue with respective teams.

Position Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:
 Engineering or Graduate in Computer science and applications
 Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Independently supporting factory IT infrastructure
setup. Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is preferred.

Critical Skills /Abilities
 Mandatory skill set – IT Infrastructure – Network, Hardware management and user support,
IT governance – IT budget creation and control, SLA adherence for Infra support, IT asset
management.
 Preferred / Optional - SAP functional knowledge in Mfg location – User management,
 Hands-on with basic office tools – Outlook, Excel,
 Good management and soft skills - Change Management, Effective Communication – Verbal
and Written, Presentation skills
