Job Description
This role anchors multiple critical areas –
Lead strategy, planning & deployment of GC’s learning strategy
Leadership Development & behavioural capability building
• Design learning interventions (journey & content) keeping a
metricized result as the measure of success (e.g. Improvement in 360
scores of a set of managers) not just program feedback
• Build content for learning interventions facilitated
internally through strong research, conceptual knowledge
& stakeholder
• Manage various stages of the learning journey to ensure a smooth & value-adding
experience for employees
Functional Capability Building
• Work with business stakeholders to drive key performance metrics of frontline talent
through learning solutions
• Track & measure business impact of learning interventions in line with business
priorities
• Design innovative methodologies to drive capability building for higher productivity
E-learning:
• Design the eLearning strategy of Godrej Capital
• Guide team & stakeholders on digital content development
• Guide team in seamless execution of the elearning strategy
• Track & measure success of the elearning agenda through intended & achieved
business impact
People Leadership
• The role has 4 repartees
• Build functional & behavioural capability of each reportee to succeed in their current
role
• Drive achievement of performance standards through a mix of reviews & coaching
• Manage key stakeholders to help the team navigate through & deliver on their agenda
Building GCLA
• Build systems & processes like in-house trainer pool and assessment frameworks that
deliver a consistent & supportive learning experience across GC under one brand
umbrella : GC Learning Academy
Qualification & experience :
• Years of experience – 6-10 years’ experience in total in L&D/Talent Management/OD
• Mandatory Qualification – Post Graduation in HR or MA in Psychology or Economics
