Purpose of the Role | |
To support the Asset Management function and ensure efficient management of real estate assets, contributing to the overall performance of the asset by overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic management of the property portfolio. The Manager will be responsible for executing day-to-day asset management tasks, coordinating with property managers, and different departments by assisting in the implementation of value-add strategies. | |
Job Responsibilities | |
1. Collaborating with operations and projects teams on OpEx and CapEx plans. 2. Collaborate with various internal teams (leasing, design, marketing, MEP, compliance, etc.) for asset improvement and future proofing. 3. Collaborate with leasing team for select pitches 4. Manage partner relationships 5. Manage relationships with tenants, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention. 6. Support the asset manager in oversight of project and operations timelines, deliverables and issues. 7. MIS review of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track the performance of assets, identifying areas for improvement. 8. Support ESG / Placemaking initiatives 9. a) Technical | 1. Understanding of real estate principles, including lease management, tenant relations, and maintenance operations 2. Experience with financial modeling and forecasting for real estate assets. 3. Skills in creating and managing budgets, as well as forecasting financial performance for real estate assets. 4. Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets for projects. 5. Well versed with Microsoft Office suite i.e. word, PowerPoint, excel etc. |
b) Behavioral | 1. Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. 2. Accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis, reporting, and project management. 3.
