Job Title: Manager- Finance & Account

Skills required: 

• CA/CPA/CMA qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC, payroll, and statutory audits.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel/spreadsheets.
• Good understanding of financial statements and budgeting.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Handle GST, TDS, ROC and other statutory compliances.
• Track fund utilisation and vendor payments.
• Prepare budgets and monitor cash flow and expenses.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits.
• Manage payroll-related compliance including PF/ESI.
• Prepare financial reports for donors and grants.
• Provide regular financial updates to the Director.
   

Eligibility: 

• 2+ years in accounting or finance; non-profit or project-based accounting experience preferred
• Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; 
• CA/CPA/CMA preferred
  
  Salary (CTC): ₹3.6–₹4.2  including Health Insurance and PF.
