Type- Internship with FTE performance basis
Work Mode: Work From Office (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
 

Eligibility

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers preferred or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can also apply
   

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update media plans, trackers, and reports using Microsoft Excel
• Support upload and validation of media activity data (campaign details, spends, dates, platforms)
• Assist in billing and reconciliation by tracking invoices, spends, and variances
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data across internal systems
• Coordinate with planning, buying, and finance teams for data clarifications
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using predefined templates
• Perform basic data checks and validations to identify discrepancies
• Flag errors or missing data to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for media operations
• Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information
• Support documentation and process improvement initiatives when required

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with structured, repetitive, and process-driven tasks
• Basic computer proficiency (email, file management, MS Office tools)
• Willingness to learn media tools and internal systems (training will be provided)
