Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report sales performance (monthly & YTD) and conduct Primary vs Secondary Sales analysis.
- Track employee performance on parameters such as target achievement, coverage, call averages, and attendance.
- Manage incentive calculations (monthly, quarterly, annual) and verify sales team expenses as per policy.
- Handle CRM operations including PJP uploads, target uploads, team remapping, HQ restructuring, and database mapping.
- Consolidate and validate sales and marketing data (forecasts, PJPs, product & marketing inputs).
- Prepare and circulate weekly/monthly reports (Sales review, TMR, attendance).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Detail orientation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, Statistics, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of MIS/Reporting experience, preferably in FMCG/Healthcare Sales Operations.
- Exposure to CRM systems and incentive management is preferred.
