Position: Entry-Level Roles – Laundry, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B) Service, and Front Office

Job Overview:

We are hiring for multiple entry-level positions in Laundry, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B) Service, and Front Office. If you are passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we invite you to join our team.

ROLE 1: Housekeeping Attendant:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.

ROLE 2: Laundry Attendant:

• Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper use of detergents and chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area and handle guest laundry requests.

ROLE 3: Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Associate:

• Assist in serving food and beverages in restaurants, banquets, and room service.
• Set up dining areas and ensure tables are clean and well-prepared.
• Take orders, deliver food, and provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain hygiene and follow safety regulations in food handling.

ROLE 4: Front Office Associate:

• Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out processes.
• Assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain records and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service.

General Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina for housekeeping and laundry roles.
