Job Description
- Role- Executive
Tracks and updates all contractor billings through interactions with Finance & Accounts
Contributes to achievement of project targets through timely procurement-related activities, e.g. by
purchasing in advance, raw material that would be of use in subsequent phases
Monitors the activities of the PMC through periodic audits
Plans the project schedule with the Contractors along with the PMC
Procures material through inputs from the PMC
Coordinates with the PMC to conduct weekly project review meetings to update the other departments
on the project status
Conducts periodic audits through the PMC to ensure that all safety-related parameters are met with
Conducts periodic quality checks through the PMC and goes on weekly audits to validate material testing,
absence of ‘honeycombing’, etc.
Complies with company defined guidelines and processes
Adheres to project timelines
Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
Identifies self-development needs
Takes concrete steps to pursue self-development through training, education, projects etc.
2.) Role- Contract Executive-:
The profile you are invited for is expected to do the following:
1) Create Standard Contract Conditions
2) Extension of vendor database and Vendor Feedback
3) Well versed with BOQ, specifications.
4) Preparation of CAD
5) Contract Administration
6) Claim management
7) Overview of Contractor billing & rate analysis
8) Well versed with Procurement
9) Standardization/streamlining and creation of Processes
10) Create Contracting strategy
CTC- Will depend on your experience and last/current drawn
Location- Gurgaon/Noida
Hiring process- 2 rounds of interview
Key skill required- Someone with strong civil engineering background or experience.
