1)Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: New Delhi, India
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets with high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Consultation: Customize group and FIT travel itineraries based on client needs.
- Customer Service: Respond to queries within 72 hours, ensure professional communication, and build trust.
- Process Adherence: Follow sales operating procedures, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
- Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in travel destinations and recommend suitable options to clients.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (contracting, reservations, and purchasing) for smooth operations.
- Training: Attend sales and product training programs to enhance skills.
- Responsible Travel: Align with the company’s Purpose Beyond Profit philosophy.
Eligibility Criteria:
Essential:
- Previous sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, systems, and processes.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Passion for travel and alignment with responsible travel philosophy.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

2) Job Title: Reservation Executive - India
Reporting To: Reservations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Reservations Management:
- Handle hotel and transport bookings for FIT and GIT trips accurately and on time.
- Respond to booking inquiries within 24 hours and maintain data accuracy in the reservation system.
- Provide group leaders with complete pre-trip information.
Costing & Pricing:
- Prepare costings and pricing for GIT trips while maintaining accuracy and budget compliance.
- Regularly update costs to ensure competitiveness.
System Management:
- Work on Travel Studio for service creation, supplier data, and trip pricing.
- Ensure accurate and timely data uploads in the system.
Communication:
- Maintain timely communication regarding updates or changes with internal teams and suppliers.
- Ensure emails are acknowledged or replied to within 24 hours.
Feedback Processing:
- Monitor feedback from passengers and group leaders on hotel and transport services.
- Investigate complaints and resolve them within 2 working days.
Responsible Travel:
- Contribute to Intrepid Travel’s Purpose Beyond Profit goals, including social and environmental objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or a related business field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong regional destination knowledge.
- 2+ years of experience in the travel industry.
- Analytical skills and report generation experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

3) Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant – D365
Reporting To: Finance Systems & Projects Manager - Melbourne
Location: New Delhi, India
Key Responsibilities:
D365 Enhancements and Improvements:
- Lead functional improvement initiatives based on user feedback and system gaps.
- Conduct requirements gathering, playback sessions, and implement best practice solutions.
- Document changes, create action plans, and oversee controlled implementation of enhancements.
- Provide training, documentation, and ensure optimal system performance.
Incident Management:
- Guide Functional Consultant D365 on Level 3 application support incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Upgrades and Performance:
- Oversee the D365 product roadmap and evaluate future updates for improvement opportunities.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth integration functionalities.
New Entity Setup and M&A Activities:
- Lead data migration tasks and ensure adherence to best practices for the gold environment.
- Plan and coordinate migration and integration activities.
Additional Duties:
- Handle ad hoc project-related tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Essential:
- Degree in Information Systems or Accounting.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with direct configuration experience.
- Over 7 years as a Functional Consultant with at least two D365 implementations.
- Certifications: MB-300 and MB-310.
- Proven ability to configure D365 and resolve complex issues.
Desirable:
- Experience in application support models within the finance domain.
- Techno-functional expertise (MB-700 or MB-500 certification is a bonus).
