Job Title: Operation Analyst

Job Type- 6 months contractual role which would extend based on your performance. 

Location- Bangalore

CTC- 3.65 LPA (Fixed)

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly organized and analytical person to join our team. As an Operations Support specialist, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work independently with multiple stakeholders
- Manage queries and requests from various teams
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Assist with special projects and tasks
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
- Prepare reports and analyze data
- Maintain accurate records and trackers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (ONLY BCOM)
- Relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, databases, and reporting tools
- Good understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to changing environments
