Roles & responsibilities-
 Working independently with various stakeholder
 Have strong coordination skills with the ability to interact and manage queries from multiple
stakeholders
 Work as per deadlines and meet quality benchmarks
 Assisting with ad hoc projects relating to management and operational matters
 Pro-Actively identifying improvement areas and making recommendations to help improve
the productivity and efficiency of the business
 Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be deemed to come within the scope of
the post, which may result in additional responsibilities being added to the role
 Work in fast pace and a demanding environment under pressure
 Preparation of various monthly, quarterly and year to date reports
o Collate all required information for operational performance framework and
management reporting
o Keeping track of various tracker and sending daily and weekly reminders.
 Extract data from timesheet to run various analysis such as:
o Preparing and reconciliation of leave reports
o Auditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports

 Maintaining records of all employees, new joiners, leavers, and secondments
