Description:

We are currently seeking a Process Associate to join our team at FAI.  As a process associate , you will be responsible for dealing with US mortgage and ttitle insurance. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:

-  Search real estate records, examine titles, or summarize pertinent legal or insurance
documents or details for a variety of purposes. May compile lists of mortgages, contracts,
and other instruments pertaining to titles by searching public and private records for law
firms, real estate agencies, or title insurance companies
 

• We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of the rules and statutes
  governing real property titles, conveyances and transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Any graduation

• Basic knowledge in insurance and US mortgage

- Should have basic knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & Power-point) and good
typing skills( Minimum typing speed 18 to 25 Wpm with 95% Accuracy rate )

- Ability to understand the basic nature of the domain and relating that to entire value
chain of mortgage and title insurance solutions, Time Share property, Claims Servicing
& Claims Prevention etc.

- Ability to Process Simple, Medium and High complexity tasks.

• Ability to display the culture of FTR (First Time Right) While processing orders

Additional Parameters:

Salary Range: 2.63 LPA + Rs 200 per day for night shift

Experience Level: 0-2 years

Education Level: Graduation

Work Schedule: Night shift (11 pm - 7AM or 9PM - 6AM )
