Job Title - Product/Program Manager
Location - Pune
Role Summary
1- Drive end-to-end execution, delivery governance, testing oversight, and production readiness for customer-facing in-store DIY QR journeys.
2- Help support daily execution, testing checks, and release tracking for in-store QR journeys.
3- Assist in turning business needs into basic tasks, tracking project milestones, logging bugs, and helping coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1-Help write and organize user stories and basic requirements for QR DIY features under guidance.
2-Support daily execution of QR DIY journey tasks across different teams and releases.
3- Keep project trackers, milestone sheets, and dashboards.
4- Coordinate with Business, Technology, Digital Platform, Operations, Risk, and Service teams to ensure closure of pending actions.
5- Monitor project health, deliverables, and readiness across all participating teams.
6- Publish weekly and monthly program status reports for leadership review.
Requirements
1- 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, PMO, Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, or BFSI Operations.
2-Experience in product/program management, preferably in BFSI or Sales tech
3-Good understanding of project development/maintenance cycles right from business analysis, feasibility check, development, UAT, deployment, Go-live etc
4- Functional knowledge of Salesforce platform, API Integrations, databases, system integrations.
5- Strong communication & stakeholder management across multiple business and cross functional teams
