Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing sales events, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a sales environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Stipend - 30K per month
Sales support KPI:
- Delivery of sales(100%) by providing adequate support, and supporting key accounts (Conversions)
Coordination KPI:
- Timely submission of sales inputs, numbers, zonal sheets, and marketing tools.
- Timely coordination of monthly sales reviews and sales leaders reviews.
