Senior Executive- Business Finance

Role  Identify the Revenue leakages.

 Oversee financial plans, budgeting, and forecasting for the
Business and Professional loans.
 Building multiyear plans and annual operating plans for the
Business Loans and Professional loans. Break down into individual
deliverables and roll out to working units. Track performance on a
regular basis.
 Update management on performance against plan, work on root
cause analysis on variance. Work with the individual teams on
building remedial plans for variance and keep track of these
plans.
 Keep track of important financial ratios and forecast based on
performance.
 Assist in preparation of opex and capex budgets for individual
teams.
 Drive productivity and efficiency projects based on plans and
actual performance. Enhance financial processes and drive
revenue assurance.

Qualification &
experience

 Years of experience - 0 to 3 years of total experience, preferably
from BFSI industry (should have done a role in Business Finance)
 Education: CA

Essential skills  Analytical and quantitative bent of mind

 Advanced in MS Excel
 Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and
influencing
 Planning and prioritization
