Position Title-  Senior Executive - Data Analyst

Department - Ops and Services
Division - Kohler India Technical Center, Pune

What we are looking for from your experience?

a) Minimum 5+ Years of experience preferred.
b) Technical Expertise Required:
I. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst using BI Tools like Power BI, Alteryx,
Excel etc.
II. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data
mining and segmentation techniques.

Internal Communication: For internal & partner use only.

III. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects
etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript (Good to have), or ETL
frameworks).
IV. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing
datasets (Power BI, Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
V. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and
disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and
accuracy.
VI. Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
c) Must Have’s:
I. Good verbal and written communication and editing skills in English.
II. Reliable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously and meet defined deadlines.
III. Documentation skills, attention to details
IV. Detailed orientation, good organizational and follow-up skills, ability to identify
and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
V. Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to build and cultivate
relationships towards driving results.
VI. Self-starter, adaptable to change, and demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-
paced, dynamic environment.
VII. Experienced in working with virtual/remote teams located in different
geographical locations.
Educational Qualification requirement:
Engineering bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, IT, Management or Automation
Technologies.

Organizational Relationships:
a) Global brand experience in project management or coordination.
b) Project Management by collaboration and following ISO (QMS) Guidelines.
c) Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
