Job Description

  • Recruitment & Manpower : Agile Process, Bench Strength, Target 95% onboard HC all the times
  • Monitor early attrition (90 days, 180 days). Develop strategies to minimize.
  • Develop strategies for diversity retention.
  • Develop strategies to maximize Early Success (First 90 days)
  • Confirmation of New Joinees : No confirmation extensions and 90% of employee to be confirmed in time and should be manual on EKAM.
  • Employee Connect: All employees every quarter using various forums (Physical/Virtual) (Structured meets / Skip Level / Open house / Townhall) - 95%
  • Employee engagement activities as per business requirement - 100%
  • Employee Performance : Work with business teams on performance evaluation
  • Training : Work with L&D team to deliver training – Measure adherence and results
  • Drive central driven programs e.g GPTW survey, Elements, Wellness etc.
  • Strategic Thinking
