Role: Production-Shift In Charge

Key Responsibility

• Lead end-to-end production during assigned shifts.
• Ensure achievement of production, quality and safety targets.
• Coordinate manpower, maintenance and material availability.
• Review shift performance and prepare reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills: Production Operations, Manufacturing Process, Quality Systems, ERP/SAP

Eligibility:

Graduates with 2-8 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing and production operation
