Job Description

Job Summary:

The main responsibility of this role is to perform research and deliver swift responses to inquiries received through
Remedy Incident Management or email. Assess the necessity for escalating work orders submitted to the
appropriate team when needed. Ensure timely and precise responses regarding accounting matters. It's crucial to
cultivate and uphold strong working relationships with both internal and external customers. Take proactive steps
to enhance processes and operational efficiency within the organization. Work closely with the team to define
performance metrics and contribute to the advancement of best practices.

Primary Skills: Vendor payments, Retail Accounting, Invoice lifecycle, Accounts Payable

Core Responsibilities:
 Extensive expertise in financial systems and accounting principles, coupled with prior experience in effectively
addressing vendor and store inquiries concerning payment matters.
 Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, showcasing exceptional time-management
skills, independent work proficiency, accuracy, and strong organizational abilities.
 Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication aptitude, facilitating seamless collaboration with team

members across diverse departments.
 Meticulous attention to detail, self-driven motivation, rapid adaptability, team-oriented mindset, proactive
approach, and a firm commitment to streamlining processes.
 Rigorous focus on detail and unwavering dedication to maintaining accuracy throughout the resolution of
store inquiries.
