About Role: 
Godrej Consumer Products Limited is hiring Persons with Disabilities and they are looking for the role of Sr. Lead Production (Process).
The Process Executive will be responsible for establishing, optimizing, and monitoring manufacturing processes in a greenfield production facility. The role will focus on process performance, equipment efficiency, cost reduction, automation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize process parameters for production equipment and utilities.
• Manage liquid, gel, paste, powder, and bulk-solid manufacturing processes.
• Work with mixing, storage, transfer, batching, CIP, conveyors, feeders, and related process equipment.
• Support soap manufacturing processes including saponification, neutralization, evaporation, distillation, and soap finishing.
• Improve equipment performance and reduce manufacturing and utility costs.
• Conduct process improvement studies, validations, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, and Production teams on process and product performance.
• Ensure process SOPs, CIP schedules, heat tracing, and equipment practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot critical process issues and support operators in problem-solving.
• Support technology transfer from R&D/pilot plant to commercial production.
• Drive initiatives related to energy reduction, IoT, Industry 4.0, automation, and de-bottlenecking.
• Support process and batch automation and condition-based monitoring systems.
   

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of process equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on experience with process equipment settings and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of thermodynamics and chemistry.
• Knowledge of process and batch manufacturing.
• Ability to manage critical situations and multiple projects.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
