Job Description – Supply Chain Manager

Job Position: Assistant Manager Finance
Location : Mumbai
CTC: upto 17LPA

Work type- Hybrid (3 days office)

Detailed Responsibilities :

Financial Management & Reporting
• Assist in preparing financial statements, P&L analysis, and balance sheet reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting, financial dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Prepare cash flow statements and fund management reports.
• Inventory management
• Monthly Sales, expenses, TTC & COGS reporting
Accounts & Compliance
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
• Oversee statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, PF, PT and other applicable regulations)
• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and controls
• POC for statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing & GST audits including coordination with external
auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Analysis and response to IT/ GST notices
Business Partnering & Cost Optimization
• Work closely with sales, supply chain teams to optimize costs.
• Analyze financial performance to provide insights for decision-making.
• Support working capital management and credit control functions.
Process Improvement & Automation
• Drive financial process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Implement ERP enhancements and financial system upgrades.
• Standardize reporting and compliance frameworks for efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Education: MBA (Finance) / CMA / M.Com with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Industry Experience: FMCG / Pharma/ OTC / Consumer Goods industries preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and ERP systems (SAP/ Progen/
Tally).
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder
management.
