Job Description
**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Managing stakeholders and business requirements for respective SBUs (Sales & Non-Sales)
- Designing and curating unique learning interventions to draft learning roadmaps and cater to unique requirements of front line sales team
- Conceptualize Content development for product & processes, soft skills and other required behavioral training
- Creation and maintenance of Learning SOPs - Piloting/Curating new learning interventions or program deliveries based on evolving needs
- Capability development of the process/SBU trainers/Channel partners
- Align Learning Interventions to Performance & Business Goals - Measure learning effectiveness & workplace performance diagnosis (learning gaps)
