VRM: Virtual Relationship Manager - Telecaller:
As a VRM - Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers/clients, presenting our products and services related to life insurance, and successfully closing deals. This role involves telecalling, and we welcome candidates with physical mobility restrictions as we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offerings.
• Learn details about our product and service offerings.
• Address any questions or issues customers may have.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
• Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities.
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
• Measure identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Always strive towards meeting sales quotas.
• Track and document calls and sales.
Must Criteria:
1. Candidate with Insurance sales experience with 1 Plus years of experience, most preferred would-be Life insurance.
2. Telecallers are preferred, and we welcome candidates with physical mobility restrictions for this telecalling role.
3. Age Limit is 30 .
4. Gender - Male / Female.
5. Graduation is compulsory.
6. No professional gap more than 3 months.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. It’s a sales profile, target oriented.
9. Candidates should have a stable profile and not be frequent job hoppers.
10. Ability to work with computers.

Location: Thane (13th floor - G Crop, Ghodbunder road near Big Bazar, Thane)

Working hours: Day shift 9:30 to 6:30, 2 Saturdays off, remaining working days, all
