The People Management Team (PMT) is comprised of several centers of expertise including HR Operations, People Analytics, Career Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition & Branding, Compensation, and Mobility. Our centers of expertise work together to build out new teams and capabilities by sourcing, acquiring and retaining the best, diverse talent for BCG’s Global Specialty Businesses. We develop talent and capabilities, while enhancing managers’ effectiveness, and building affiliation and engagement in our new global offices. The PMT also harmonizes process efficiencies, automation, and global standardization. Through analytics and digitalization, we are always looking to expand our PMT capabilities and coverage.

Job Purpose: To curate content and communication strategies for brand and for PR opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Obtain in-depth understanding of product and industry
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand brand briefs on unsecured business, various internal projects and help furnish content best suited to the audience
• Create new ideas and content pieces that drives readership across digital and social platforms
• Work closely with SEO team to understand the market trends and curate easy to understand content pieces that help customers, and other stakeholder alike
• Content creation for varied online, offline assets which helps drive business objectives
• Create content strategies and evaluation to keep having content creation on different story pegs and aspects of products
• Work on PR and media channel interactions to create content and curate content that resonates with the audience
• Leverage PR and speaker opportunities for senior management, and alliances, sponsorships, events through relevant content strategy, press notes and communication
• Work with content agencies for content for brand assets like blogs, social media, website, articles, PR, etc. and look at ways to amplify the reach
• Work with agency for blog creation and amplification avenues to increase readership, reach and brand awareness

Qualification & experience:
• Degree in related discipline
• Experience in NBFC or BFSI, preferably lending
• Min. 2 years’ experience
Essential skills:
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Understanding of Financial services, lending products and services
Ideal candidate (in terms of current role/ organization/ industry):
• Worked on PR and content, especially for financial/lending products
• Good experience in handling agency for content and sufficient knowledge on the execution of the written communication
