Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. recently conducted a job drive in Gwalior, in collaboration with Atypical Advantage and NCS, to recruit persons with disabilities (PwDs). The drive saw over 40 enthusiastic candidates participate, with 26 progressing to the interview stage after clearing a rigorous assessment test. The selected candidates, who have Locomotor Disability and Hearing Impairment, are being considered for roles at Godrej's Malanpur plant. The recruitment process is expected to be completed by October, with the final phase taking place in Chennai.
Following a series of job drives, Nivea identified top performers who excelled in a rigorous assessment test, demonstrating exceptional skills and dedication. From a pool of over 50 successful candidates, 10 outstanding individuals were selected to join Nivea's Sanand plant team, comprising 6 men and 4 women. The recent distribution of offer letters has brought immense joy and new opportunities to these talented individuals, marking a significant milestone in Nivea's commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
