Despite her physical challenges, Shloka discovered abstract and digital art, transforming her passion into a thriving endeavor. Today, she continues to create art from her bed, with three series completed and a personal brand on the horizon. At TIAA, artists with disabilities were able to express their feelings freely through art, and we are grateful to the entire team for this opportunity. The ambitious project of creating 58 nature-themed art pieces to adorn the TIAA Pune office, with many artists on the autism spectrum, was completed successfully, and the feedback from the TIAA team has been very positive. "Marvelous outcome, thank you all for your efforts and contributions," says Wameq Siddiqui, Director of Corporate Real Estate at TIAA Global Capabilities India.
