"On the day of the event, the POCs demonstrated exceptional punctuality, ensuring a seamless setup and readiness to interact with the crowd. The level of engagement was impressive, and each game facilitator exhibited a high level of competence in connecting with participants and addressing the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. The game on Learning Indian Sign Language was a huge success in Bangalore and we saw several participants enthusiastically trying to solve the crossword puzzle! Beyond the event, our interactions with the team were equally enriching, and we deeply benefited from the insightful conversations we shared," said Chitra Banerjee, HR, Strategy & Consulting, Accenture, post her wonderful experience of Disability Simulation Games, organized for the employees.
